Lane closures on Broad Street due to GRTC pulse project construction

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - There will be several lane closures on Broad Street between Dec. 18 and 20 due to the GRTC Pulse project construction.
Crews will be working on the road and pouring concrete.
When the GRTC Pulse project is completed, there will be 14 bus stops for the project that will run from Rocketts Landing in the East to Willow Lawn in the west.
The Pulse project is expected to improve local and regional mobility, shorten travel times, provide easier transit connections and more safe pedestrian access and urban "walkability."
