TRAFFIC ALERT: Ramp to I-95 S from Rt. 10 back open

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - The ramp from Route 10 to I-95 South in Chesterfield is now back open. It was closed earlier due to downed power lines.
Virginia State Police say a pickup truck crashed into a power pole around 12:30 p.m. The driver suffered minor injuries.
