Judge amends bond for former NICU nurse facing abuse charges

HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - A judge updated the conditions of the former NICU nurse facing several abuse charges.
On Wednesday, the judge said Erin Strotman is now allowed to be outside on her parents’ front and back porch. Previously, she was not allowed to step outside of the home.
The judge also said her sister’s small children will be allowed to visit as long as Strotman’s sister is present.
Strotman faces 20 charges related to the abuse of nine babies from 2022-2024.
Strotman’s trial date is tentatively set for February 2026.
