New Richmond City Council members sworn in

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Three new faces joined Richmond City Council on Thursday.
Andrew Breton and Sarah Abubaker replace Andreas Addison and Kristen Nye in the 1st and 4th districts.
Kenya Gibson will be representing the third.
They were sworn in during a special council meeting Thursday afternoon.
Cynthia Newbille was elected council President, and Katherine Jordan was elected Vice President.
