Chesterfield Towne Center up for sale

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) -Have you ever wanted to own a shopping mall?
Chesterfield Towne Center off Midlothian Turnpike is up for sale.
Brookfield Properties has put the nearly 50-year-old mall on the market.
It did not list a sales price but advertises the mall as one of the busiest in the state.
Chesterfield Towne Center is also just one of two other enclosed shopping malls still in our area.
The other enclosed mall is Southpark in Colonial Heights.
