Police: 2 shootings in southside Richmond may be related

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police are on the scenes of two shootings on Wednesday that they now say may be related.
A man was shot in the 2900 block of Decatur Street around 4:58 p.m. He was taken to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injures.
A woman was shot in the 4600 block of Southwood Pkwy. She was also taken to VCU Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Our crew spotted a man in handcuffs at the Southwood Parkway scene, but it is unclear at this time if he is connected to either of the shootings.
