Richmond Police investigating Warwick Village Dr. shooting

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - In a briefing Sunday night, Richmond Police said they are investigating an incident in south Richmond in which a man was shot and killed.

Police said the shooting happened in the 600 block of Warwick Village Drive. Police were called to the scene around 8:45 p.m. Sunday. Officers who responded to the residence found an adult male in his mid 20s suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said he died at the scene.
