Northside shooting sends man to hospital

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police are investigating a shooting in the city's Northside.
According to investigators, the victim was shot around 10:00 p.m. Saturday on North Avenue near West Laburnum Avenue.
The victim was taken to VCU Medical Center and is expected to recover.
Detectives told NBC12 they're currently following leads on a suspect.
