Arrest made in deadly Richmond East End shooting

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of a man in the city's East End.

Officers arrested Cierra Brockenbrough, 27, on Thursday and charge her with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the shooting death of Dwayne Fleming.

Police say Brockenbrough and Fleming knew each other, and that she was trying to rob him.
